Shipping: All shipped orders are subject to a flat $9.99 shipping rate.

Merchandise Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be happy with your Appalachian Bear Rescue purchase! Returns and exchanges for physical merchandise, including apparel and accessories, are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you have an issue with your order, received an incorrect or damaged item or need to request a return or exchange, please contact sarah_ledbetter@appalachianbearrescue.org with your order number and details about your request. Please contact us before sending any merchandise back so we can provide next steps.

Event Tickets

Event tickets are separate from physical merchandise and are handled case by case. If you have questions about an event registration or are unable to attend, please contact sarah_ledbetter@appalachianbearrescue.org.
